Built by the industry, for the industry.

TEM: The Experience Economy Meeting is a two-day forum for professionals working at the intersection of culture, creativity, and live entertainment. It brings together a curated group of senior decision-makers—from producers and promoters to creative studios, institutions, platforms, and venue operators—to reflect on where the industry is heading, what’s working, and what needs to evolve.

Built by the industry, for the industry; TEM is above all a space to do business. It exists to give key players the time and setting to connect, grow, and move projects forward. Whether it’s touring strategy, IP development, venue planning, or audience engagement, the program is shaped around the practical questions we face collectively—and the partnerships we need to keep this sector thriving.

After a five-year hiatus, TEM returned to Madrid in 2024 with a sold-out edition that reaffirmed its relevance. This year, it returns to Florida Park, in the heart of El Retiro, with an expanded group of voices from across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.

TEM is not a trade show. It’s a working meeting—designed to create space for reflection, exploration, and collaboration in a setting that values time, attention, and shared purpose. If you’re looking to build partnerships, gain perspective, and play an active role in the growth of the experience economy, this is where the conversation begins.

The Flea Market: Fast Pitches. Big Ideas.

At TEM 2025, we’re opening the floor to our community. The Flea Market is a dedicated session where selected delegates pitch their projects, new ventures, or creative formats directly to a room of industry leaders, partners, and decision-makers. Whether you’re building a new immersive experience, launching a creative concept, or experimenting with formats—this is your moment to share it.

Secure your spot, and contact us to express your interest.
